If you have a complaint about MITA Consulting or one of our kaimahi:
- In the first case, raise it with the most closely concerned MITA facilitator/staff member.
- If it is not resolved, write to the Educational Director of MITA Consulting at PO Box 21598 Henderson Auckland 0650 and it will be considered at the next meeting of the MITA Consulting Management Team
All complaints will be reviewed at the next available weekly Management Team meeting, and a representative will inform you of the suggested complaint resolution.
